The challenge
Sonesta operates thousands of properties across more than a dozen brands. The marketing and booking surface has to load fast, stay on-brand across every sub-brand, and let non-technical teams publish offers and destinations without an engineer in the loop.
What we did
- Built a reusable, accessible component library so every brand renders from one consistent design system.
- Wired the front end to a headless content layer so marketing can publish offers, destinations and packages independently.
- Tuned the booking and search entry points for Core Web Vitals — fast first paint and responsive interaction on every device.
- Made the experience fully responsive from large desktop down to mobile, where most leisure bookings start.
